  • Domestic Warranty

The domestic warranty covers all Emblem Luggage products purchased and used within the country of purchase. Here's what you need to know.

  • Coverage Period

You can seek assistance from Emblem Luggage's authorized service centers in multiple countries. To find the nearest service center, please visit our website or contact customer service.

  • Claim Process Abroad

Contact the nearest Emblem service center or authorized dealer. Present your Warranty card and proof of purchase. The service team will assess the damage and offer repair services or a replacement if the product is covered under the warranty.. If an authorized service center's not available in your current location, you may need to send the luggage to the nearest service center, and Emblem Luggage will assist with coordinating repairs.

  • Exclusions for Both Domestic and Global Warranties

Damages caused by airline handling or other transit damage. Cosmetic damages like scratches, dents, or color fading due to normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, including over packing or exposure to extreme conditions. Theft or loss of the luggage. Any modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.

  • Additional Information for Global Warranty

Shipping Costs: While the global Warranty ensures coverage across the world, shipping the product to and from the service center may incur additional costs if you are outside your home country.

  • Local Laws

In the event of any disputes, differences between the Parties hereto, shall be referred to arbitration shall be conducted in English language and the venue of such arbitration shall be Rajasthan India. The award of such arbitration shall be final and binding upon the Parties hereto.
