International Warranty Requirements
Our luggage is manufactured to a very high standard and undergoes rigorous testing. Our 5-year warranty underpins our confidence in the quality of our products.
Should any fault or defect become apparent during the warranty period we will endeavour to repair, provide new parts, or replace your luggage.
You do not need to register your luggage for the 5 -year warranty against manufacturing faults or material defects. Please keep your original receipt of purchase, invoice or online order confirmation (NB. Bank/credit card statements are not accepted as proof of purchase) and the guarantee certificate in a safe place in case you need to make a claim.
Airline Damage
Airline baggage handling is the most common cause of damage to luggage. EMBLEM luggage is not responsible for any damage that occurs whilst your luggage is in transit and we recommend that such damage is reported to the airline or carrier as soon as it is discovered.

UK & Europe Warranty Advice and Information
The warranty provided on our products is valid against defects in workmanship for the period of the warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product was purchased within the last 12 months, the warranty lies with the retailer during this period and your suitcase therefore is to be returned to the store with your proof of purchase. If it is a manufacturing fault, they should be able to provide you with a replacement or refund.
All warranty claims must be supported by the Warranty hangtag and accompanied by proof of purchase such as a till receipt, invoice or online order confirmation (NB. Bank/credit card statements are not accepted as proof of purchase), without which claims will not be valid.
Allowing for reasonable wear and tear, should any defect in workmanship become apparent during the warranty period, we will endeavour to repair, provide new parts or replace your luggage. Replacement products may differ depending on stock availability.
The warranty is limited to defective workmanship only and does not extend to include replacement of other items that may have been purchased as a set.
Emblem luggage are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may arise due to wear and tear, misuse, accident, abuse or mishandling including handling by third parties.
Our product warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
UK and Europe Warranty Advice and Information
Warranty claims should be reported to customerservice@emblemluggage.co. and should include the following information:
1. Country of Residence
2. Copy of your original receipt of purchase invoice or online order confirmation (NB. Bank/credit card statements are not accepted as proof of purchase).
3. Copy of the Warranty Hangtag from the back, the part stating the style number and specifications of your suitcase.
4. Photo of the fault
5. Photo of the suitcase
6. Explanation of how the fault/damage occurred
Please note that warranty claims are processed in order of receipt and we ask for your patience in peak travel periods.
US Warranty Advice and Information
Warranty claims should be reported to warranty@emblemluggage.com and should include the following information:

Emblem luggage guarantees that this product will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
We will repair or replace it with an equivalent product if a defect in workmanship arises during the guarantee period. If you should experience a defect in workmanship, call our Customer Service Team +91-9102039602 and we will give you additional instructions to file a claim. Emblem luggage may give authorization to return the defective item in some instances, if additional review is required.
While Emblem luggage will repair, or replace your luggage at our expense, if a defect in workmanship is found, the consumer is responsible for all freight charges as this guarantee does not cover transportation costs. Shipment of replacement bags or parts can be made to U.S. addresses only (no PO or APO addresses).
Please keep a copy of your purchase receipt as it will be required to initiate a claim with our office.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, theft, normal wear and tear, or damage to the goods caused by airlines or other common carriers.
Should damage occur while in the care of airline personnel or other common carrier, it is your responsibility to file a claim immediately for the damage to be reviewed by the carrier. Of course, each airline/carrier has specific procedures to follow, so we urge you to always inspect your luggage as soon as you receive it back from the carrier/airline baggage claim carousel.
We are always ready to assist you in any possible way so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
